At 4S, we help industrial clients implement and manage the OSIsoft PI System to improve data monitoring, visibility, and decision-making across their operations. Our team has supported several projects where we developed, configured, and tested PI Systems to meet each client’s specific needs.
Our work includes building PI tag databases, developing and linking PI tags, designing PI Vision displays for better data visualization, design static and dynamic PI graphics using PI Vision, and set up PI reports based on Saudi Aramco requirements. We also handle migration from PI ProcessBook to PI Vision, making sure displays are updated and work properly in the new system. In addition, our services include the engineering and installation of OSI PI software on redundant PI servers and redundant PI scan nodes, along with establishing interfaces with systems such as the OE SCADA system, providing support for OSI PI Historian development, and preparing required documents such as System Design Documents, FAT procedures, and SAT procedures. From system set up to final testing, 4S provides reliable and practical solutions to ensure successful PI System implementation.
